Its rich architectural heritage, with charming medieval streets, Romanesque churches including the splendid Notre-Dame-la-Grande and the Palais des Comtes de Poitou, will delight history lovers. The town also offers a vibrant cultural scene with its museums, theatres and festivals, as well as the must-see Futuroscope, the famous technology theme park that is a firm favourite with thrill-seekers and futuristic rides!
